Capital Games (CG) has formally recognized an issue within the Duel of the Fates event where it fails to reset on a daily basis for some players. The problem is specifically impacting users who completed the event prior to a recent fix. This situation prevents these players from re-engaging with the event and collecting its associated rewards.
