A new Bonus Zone inspired by Star Wars Rebels is in development, set on a scarred planet influenced by the Galactic Empire. Newer Mandalorian characters (e.g., Bo-Katan (Mand’alor), Dark Trooper Moff Gideon) and some older characters (e.g., Sabine Wren) are likely requirements. Final requirements will be posted later.
A new Raid, Phantom Menace Episode 1 - Battle for Naboo, is planned for around summertime to celebrate *The Phantom Menace*'s 25th Anniversary. Players will fight waves of Battle Droids. Gungans are key to success and maximizing points.
Suggested required factions for the Raid include Galactic Republic, Jedi, Separatists, and Gungans.
Gungans, particularly with Jar Jar Binks, will be a featured faction within the Raid, similar to Jabba the Hutt in the Krayt Dragon Hunt and Leia Organa in Speeder Bike Pursuit.
Five new Gungan characters are being introduced:
Boss Nass: A Leader who commands Gungans and uses their technology, providing damage avoidance with a Shield Generator.
Captain Tarpals: An attacker who sets up teammates and inflicts damage.
Gungan Boomadier: A versatile attacker who capitalizes on debuffs and ramps damage when the Shield Generator is active.
Gungan Phalanx: A tank that assists allies and provides coverage with his shield.
Jar Jar Binks: A Legendary Support unit who confounds enemies. Requires the other four Gungans to unlock.
Queen Amidala will be a future Conquest chase character, accompanied by two new Galactic Republic characters.
Queen Amidala will introduce new mechanics and synergize with underused buffs. Her Omicrons will be for Grand Arena Championships, and she will have Raid utility for the Battle for Naboo.
A new mechanic called Decoy will be introduced. It is a summoned unit with permanent Taunt that protects the Queen.
While the Decoy is active, Queen Amidala gains Queen's Protection stacks, doubling their effects for other Galactic Republic allies.
When the Decoy is defeated, Queen Amidala takes a bonus turn, gains a locked buff, and inflicts a debuff on an enemy.
Guild Gifting will be implemented, allowing players to gift bundles to fellow Guild Members through a UI system in the store tab. Players will select a gift, choose a Guild Member, and the recipient will find it in their inbox.
