Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes PC Client Closed Beta Launched

The Closed Beta for the Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes PC Client has launched. Players who registered and were selected will receive an email with instructions for downloading and using the client, as well as two forms for feedback and bug reporting. An in-game pop-up will also direct selected players to check their email.

FAQ

Cross-Platform: The PC and mobile games are cross-platform, sharing all progress.
Simultaneous Play: The PC client and mobile game cannot be open at the same time.
Account Linking: Only one game account can be linked to an EA account. Additional accounts require a different EA account and email address.
Purchases: Purchases made on PC will appear on mobile devices.
Closed Beta Purpose: This is a technical test for feedback and bug reporting.
PC Client Benefits: Improved picture quality, anti-aliasing, higher FPS (60 vs. 30), keymapping, a 5% discount on real-money purchases, and a PC-native UI.

Known Issue

Purchases that hit their limit can result in a soft lock during the Pack Opening celebration. Items are granted, but the client may need to be restarted.
