Cheating and Appeals Process Updates

The process for submitting a cheater report or appealing a ban has been updated.

Submitting a person as a potential cheater does not guarantee a ban. Accounts will be investigated, and action will be taken accordingly. No notification will be sent regarding any action taken due to privacy reasons.

Appealing a ban does not guarantee an unban. Players will not be informed of any decisions made on ban appeals.

Bans issued under the previous cheater investigation system will not be re-investigated.

More than 4,000 cheaters were banned under the previous system. The team aims to action more with player assistance, recognizing that some individuals will exploit the game. Fairness is taken seriously, and cheating is not tolerated. Player help is sought to remove malicious actors and deter others.
