The development team is adjusting the behavior of a new pack offer's pop-up. Initially, it will appear every hour for the next 48 hours, or until the player purchases it. Players will have the option to dismiss the pop-up a maximum of 9 times. Following this initial period, the offer's frequency will be reverted to a longer interval, likely 4+ hours.

The team acknowledges that this is a new type of offer and they are learning how to best implement and present such promotions. Feedback indicated that the offer's visual presentation was unclear, making it difficult for players to distinguish between different pack options. Future offers aim to have clearer labeling, such as displaying "10 Packs for less" and "10 Packs + 2 Free" directly on the main image, rather than requiring players to click "View more Details."
