Kessel Run Loyalty Program Launch Sees Technical Issues

The recently launched Kessel Run loyalty program is encountering several technical problems. Many players are reporting that purchases made on the Webstore are not granting the expected Coaxium rewards, which are essential for progress in the program. Additionally, the daily login bonus for 1000 points is not registering for some users. There are also reports of claimed crystal bonuses appearing visually bugged or not adding to the in-game balance without notification.

MeatheadMilitia has confirmed that the team is aware of these issues and is actively investigating the causes. He has asked players experiencing problems, particularly with purchases not yielding Coaxium, to submit support tickets and to DM him their Ally codes for further investigation. The issue where the 5% discount on the Webstore would overlap with Kessel Run is being resolved, with the discount slated for removal from the Webstore as the new system takes over. The 5% discount remains available via the PC Client.
