CG gathering Episode system feedback: hidden daily quests, paid feats, Crystal pass option

Throughout the day CG_Meathead was actively soliciting and acknowledging player feedback on the new Episode system that replaced the old Galactic Conquest currency rewards. He stated he is putting together a report for the team.

Specific feedback themes Meathead engaged with:

  • Daily quest visibility: A player said not knowing the daily quests ahead of time creates "feels bad" situations. Suggestion: show the full week's quests at the start, then unlock them on schedule. Meathead summarized this back as "You would just like the daily quests to be all visible at the start?"
  • Paid feats showing in feat list: Players are frustrated that they trigger feats (e.g. "win one round", "invincibility 5 times after using Rey") only to learn the reward is locked behind the paid Episode pass. Quote from a player: "it's telling me im achieving stuff for things I don't care about". Players want paid feats hidden unless the pass is owned.
  • Crystal-purchase option for the Episode pass: One Conquest+ buyer said Episode is "getting to be a little too much" on top of monthly Conquest+ purchases and asked for a crystal-buy option for the pass. Meathead replied "Haven't heard the Crystal option suggestion yet, just added it to my list."
  • Overall feel: A 6M GP player said that even if the math is roughly equivalent to the old GC rewards for a perfect-play F2P, the system feels like FOMO/battle-pass and is pushing them toward dropping the game after SLKR. Meathead acknowledged the feedback as documented.

Meathead repeatedly thanked players for detail, including telling one frustrated player "You're a passionate person who has some things to say, and I'd say you did it in a solid manner."
