Fleet Mastery change aimed at players below 330 shards
A player questioned the reasoning behind a fleet mastery change, calling it anti-player given current community sentiment. MeatheadMilitia explained the design intent directly:
- The change is to allow players who do not have these ships at 330 shards to be able to do them daily.
- He acknowledged that feedback from players who already have the ships at 330 shards has been noted.
The implication is that the previous gating tied to 330-shard ownership was excluding a portion of the player base from running fleet masteries on a daily cadence, and the team adjusted the requirement to broaden access. The trade-off, raised by the community, is that players who already invested to 330 may feel devalued by the loosened gate. MeatheadMilitia did not commit to a follow-up change, only to passing the concern along.
