The team is aware of an issue preventing players from claiming the last free tier of Conquest Ascension.
To workaround this issue and claim the final free tier:

  • Go back to the main menu
  • Click an ascension button on the bottom right
  • Look for Conquest Ascension
  • Claim the Final free tier

The team is investigating a fix.
