• He confirmed he believes the issue has already been submitted internally for the relevant team to investigate.
• He directed the affected player to file both a forum post and a support ticket, which the player had already done, and validated that as the correct course of action.
• No fix timeline or workaround was offered. The acknowledgment is purely "we know about it and are looking."

This is a narrow but painful interaction bug: rewarding early spenders by silently denying them a bonus that later free-to-play participants receive. Affected players have no playable workaround and should keep their ticket open until CG confirms a fix or grants compensation.
