SWGOH Mod Analyzer
Grade every mod on your roster in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. See what top players run, and fix what you have instead of remodding everything. Enter your ally code to get started.
Your 9-digit code from Settings > Ally Code in-game.
Every character gets S through F. More S/A = better mods.
Follow the swap plan and mod fixes to improve your roster.
About the Mod Analyzer
Enter your ally code. Every character gets a mod quality score from 0-100 covering speed, primaries, and sets, and every slot shows what thousands of top Kyber (K1) players actually run, with your current mod highlighted. You'll also see which low-priority characters are hoarding your best speed mods. It works with the mods you already have equipped instead of computing a theoretical loadout from your whole inventory.
How it works
Read your public roster, then score each character's equipped mods against what top players run. Unlike an auto-optimizer, it doesn't shuffle your inventory into a computed best loadout. It grades what you actually have equipped, then hands you a prioritized swap list where each move is worth making on its own. You can also compare your mods side-by-side with another player.
Analyzer vs. optimizer
A mod optimizer computes the best possible loadout from your whole inventory, then asks you to remod half your roster. That is a different job. The Mod Analyzer scores the mods you already have equipped, shows the spread of what top Kyber players run on each slot, and flags the handful of swaps that actually move the needle. Fewer credits spent, no hours of remodding, and no computed loadout to take on faith.
The two work well together. If you run the Grandivory Mods Optimizer, our template builder generates a priority-ordered character list for it from your live GAC data. Then come back here to grade the result. Not sure which characters deserve mods first? Start with the mod priority guide.

FAQ
Is this a mod optimizer?
It's an analyzer. An optimizer computes a theoretical best loadout from your inventory and asks you to remod half your roster. The Mod Analyzer grades the mods you already have equipped against what top Kyber players run, then lists the few swaps worth making. Use an optimizer to build loadouts and the analyzer to check what you actually equipped.
How does the mod quality score work?
Each character's 0-100 mod score weighs speed (40pts), how well primaries match the common build (20pts), set fit (15pts), rarity/tier/level (15pts), and secondary roll quality (10pts). Those per-character scores are then weighted by priority (high/medium/low) for the overall roster grade.
Where do the recommended mod sets and primaries come from?
From what top players actually run. We sample thousands of top Kyber (K1) players and, for each slot, show the most common choice plus the full spread (e.g. "84% Protection, 7% Crit Damage"). There's rarely one correct build, so your current mod is highlighted against that distribution rather than flagged wrong. Where top-player data is thin, it falls back to a generic template for the character's role.
Will it find unequipped mods I have in inventory?
No. Comlink only exposes equipped mods. Use the Mod Recommender to figure out the best home for an unequipped mod by describing it manually.
Can I compare my mods against another player?
Yes. Enter their ally code in the Compare field inside the engine dropdown. You'll see their mod choices side-by-side with yours per character.
