Questions and Answers: Luthen Rael

This post clarifies details about Luthen Rael's kit and mechanics.

• The Rebel Trooper's stats will differ slightly depending on whether Luthen or Mon Mothma summoned him.
• Mon Mothma's additional Offense from "What Do I Sacrifice?" does not affect her kit because her leadership applies at the start of battle, but the Turn Meter reduction immunity is useful. They were stated together for brevity.
• The targeting descriptions for "What Do I Sacrifice?" are a bug; it should target Rebel Fighter allies. This will be fixed.
• If Luthen is revived while a Rebel Captain/Trooper is active, he will still automatically promote them. Mon Mothma's Localization (LOC) has been updated to reflect this.
• The 30% Defense reduction on his Basic ability only changes targets if used on a different enemy during Luthen's turn, even if he is called to assist.
• Luthen addresses weaknesses in both Mon Mothma and Saw Gerrera teams. Mon Mothma's team should better withstand Wampa on Defense, and Saw Gerrera's squad will output more damage immediately.
• The Luthen Special 1 Omicron allows Mon Mothma to ignore Taunt; the description will be fixed.
• The summoned unit scales off the same stats as Mon Mothma's summon.
• Abilities that function differently under different leaders use an "IF/THEN" statement to check for Saw Gerrera's leadership.
• The clause in Luthen's "Dreams With Ghosts" Omicron that states "The first time the Rebel Commander is defeated in each battle, summon a Rebel Trooper and promote them to Rebel Commander" works under any Leader, assuming Rebel Troopers can be summoned.
