Softlocking Issue with Update

A soft lock state is currently affecting players.

  • iOS and Android users should check their respective stores for a client update.
  • PC client players will receive an update as soon as possible, with a force update scheduled for tomorrow.
  • A make-good will be provided once the issue is resolved.
  • Daily Quest: Players who completed daily quests before the update received the rewards. Those who partially completed quests before updating will not be able to finish them in the new update; a make-good will be provided for this issue.
  • PC UPDATE: Close and reopen the EA App completely to check for the update.
