Red notification dot on Characters button when nothing to upgrade is a known bug

A minor but persistent UI bug was confirmed: the Characters button on the side of the cantina screen is showing a red "1" notification badge even when the player has no remaining characters to upgrade. The badge is meant to indicate available upgrades, so it is producing a false-positive that the player has to repeatedly investigate.

MeatheadMilitia confirmed: "I believe we've bugged that, ill check after lunch." No fix date was given, but the acknowledgment that the issue is already in CG's tracker means players can stop second-guessing whether they missed an upgrade and just dismiss the dot mentally until a patch lands.
