SWGOH: Update 5/13/2026 adds Shipments characters and Partagaz fixes

• Cinta can now be found in Shipments.
• Vel can now be found in Shipments.
• Kleya shards are now farmable from Light Side Battles 8-F (Hard).
• Kleya can now be found in Shipments.
• KX Enforcer Droid can now be found in Shipments.
• Dedra can now be found in Shipments.
• Major Partagaz can now be found in Shipments.

Bugs and Adjustments

• Depa Billaba's Nothing and Everything Tier 8 effect now reapplies Damage Immunity to allies who already have Damage Immunity when a jedi vanguard on her team defeats an enemy. Previously, allies with Damage Immunity would not regain a fresh stack when triggered.
• Fixed an issue when completing Maul's event requirements quest, shows Jedi Master Mace Windu's name and event instead of Maul Hate-Fueled Re-accelerated Hunter (Mercenary).
• First-time rewards for LS and DS 7-F now give the correct number of shards.
• Updated the drop rate for Cantina 9-F.
• Major Partagaz' unique ability can no longer dispel unspellable Stealth.
• Major Partagaz' Unique ability, Security is an Illusion, will now dispel Foresight, Stealth, and apply Expose at the end of the turn to ensure all effects happen.
• Major Partagaz's Leader ability should now properly apply the 5% Offense (stacking) to revived ISB allies.
• Major Partagaz' Unique ability Chain of Command should continue to update Rank after the ISB ally has revived.
• Major Partagaz' Unique ability, Security is an Illusion, 20% Offense buff should now be applied every time Major Partagaz takes a turn, and not just his first two turns at the start of encounter.
• In Major Partagaz's leader ability, ISB allies should now properly have +25% Critical Chance, Defense, and Tenacity if they are Rank 1, doubled if they are Rank 2 and quadrupled if they are Rank 3. These effects no longer expire when ranking up or down between turns, and should also work on all upgrade tiers.
• Revived ISB Allies no longer lose all Rank-based bonuses of Critical Chance, Defense, and Tenacity from Major Partagaz' leader ability.
• Fixed an issue where Marrok's Purge was going over the cap.
• Light Side 2-E (Hard) again drops shards of Appo at an accelerated rate.
• Ship Battle 5-E (Hard) now drops shards of TIE Advanced x1 at the normal rate.
• Ship Battle 5-E (Hard) correctly grants a shard of TIE Advanced x1 as a first-time reward.
• Grand Moff Tarkin's Leader ability Tighten the Grip now correctly progresses Apply Defense Down quest criteria.
• Death Troopers and Incinerator Troopers in Tier 6 of The Mandalorian (Beskar Armor)'s Hero's Journey now correctly count as Imperial Remnant enemies.
