CG Meathead confirms EA is investigating Era refresh calendar issues

CG Meathead responded to a wave of player reports about problems that appeared when the Era of the New Republic ended and the refresh calendars went live.

• He asked players for details and gathered information, noting it was all over the place, and he passed reports along.

The player reports he collected described several distinct problems. One report said a different version of the loaned calendar popped up before the one with levels, causing players to miss out on the first five loaned levels. Another described a sequence where the calendar showed up after the era ended, players claimed it and the Era Currency, then had to refresh and were left stuck at zero loaned levels. CG Meathead confirmed with players that the loaned calendar had at one point given 100 Era Currency instead of five loaned units, and that it later reverted back to loaned units.

He also fielded a question about the maximum Loaned Unit level currently reachable, and confirmed the answer was 14. Separately, he handled an individual case where a player bought the five pack for Mara before the era reset, then lost the shards on activation and could not do Tier 2 or reach three stars, and he moved that case to direct messages.
