A minor Server Update on 05/26/2026 keeps the game in compliance with Brazilian law. Underage players (under 18 years old) playing in Brazil will have chat disabled and will temporarily see the message, "This feature unlocks at Player Level 999," when interacting with chat.

The 5/13/2026 update adds Cinta, Vel, Kleya, KX Enforcer Droid, Dedra, and Major Partagaz to Shipments, makes Kleya farmable from Light Side 8-F Hard, and ships a long list of bug fixes centered on Major Partagaz's leader and unique abilities, plus assorted node, quest, and ability corrections.

Hotfix notes for May 8, 2026. The 90% Milestone of Tier 2 for all Coliseum Bosses has been updated to grant the correct rewards upon completion.

Upcoming kit changes update Gungan Phalanx's Omicron to Territory Wars with reduced values, gate Ezra Bridger (Exile)'s power behind a full Spectre squad with a kit rework, give GL Ahsoka counterattack True damage and Blind immunity, and restrict Merrin's Omicron to matches without Galactic Legends. Relic and Omicron investments on affected units will be reset and refunded.

A player reported that the Characters button next to the cantina is displaying a red "1" notification dot even when there are no characters left to upgrade. MeatheadMilitia confirmed CG has already filed a bug report on this issue and said he would verify after lunch.

MeatheadMilitia clarified that the era materials compensation already distributed was intended for players who purchased era packs after CG made era materials freely available. Players who bought era packs before the update and missed out are unlikely to receive additional compensation.

Following issues with a Cassian Andor compensation distribution, Capital Games has revised its approach. Originally, players who did not meet the exact eligibility criteria for a previous compensation were excluded. The updated plan now includes all players who activated the ability, broadening the scope of recipients and providing additional materials.

Compensation will be provided for players who missed out on Cassian Andor shards due to an issue. The specific compensation details will be shared closer to the distribution date, which is expected within the next few weeks.

A hotfix addresses Marquee character advancement, Era merchandise, and Coliseum progression. Players over level 20 will receive Era materials, and those who purchased specific bundles or completed the Cassian Journey Guide will get make-goods. Coliseum issues are being compensated with Era Shipment Currency.

After investigating reports, a lack of Era Resource issue has been identified, and additional materials will be provided in the upcoming hotfix. Players who purchased impacted merch after today's release will be compensated with Crystals. Fixes for this and Coliseum are targeted for tomorrow. Compensation distribution is still in progress.

The team is aware of the Coliseum bug and is working on a hotfix as soon as possible. Regarding the Era level recipes, the team is aware and will let this ride, as it will correct itself with the next Era.

The 4-29-2026 update teases a new Coliseum boss, the Krayt Dragon, coming soon. New Feats of Daring Combatants are added for Andor, ISB, Darth Revan, and Luminara Unduli. Darth Vader (Duel's End) shards are now farmable from Dark Side Battles 9-F (Hard), and Disguised Clone Trooper joins the Accelerated Characters list. Several bug fixes and adjustments are included.

A Q/A form has been released for player questions. Several known issues will be addressed in an upcoming update, including problems with Ship and Mod Battles' last played node, the Challenges badge, Guild Events table label, and Total Era Level progress bar.

MeatheadMilitia confirmed in a reply that the Tier 4 Legendary Shard Token price is being reduced as part of the changes detailed in his three new forum documents. He left the door open to lower-tier LST additions to era shipments but had no commitment beyond what was already documented.

Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes is receiving a major visual and functional refresh including updates to the Cantina interface, campaign restructuring with new battles and rewards, farming node adjustments, and economy changes. Several characters are also becoming farmable for the first time.

The May the 4th update introduces Cantina 2.0 with visual and content overhauls for Campaigns and Mods. Era system changes include increased levels, currency, and Relic conversion. Loaned Units will be added to Coliseum, and future updates will bring Overcharge, Era Arena, and a Training Mode replacing Squad Arena.

Today's update for Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes was a backend update. It prepares for a near future game update.

A backend update went live today, acting as a "foundation to a skyscraper" for a larger, undisclosed release. While no new content is visible yet, some elements intended for a future update may have accidentally been included in this backend rollout, providing content for YouTubers. Approvals for official announcements are still pending.

MeatheadMilitia got the dev team to raise the Micro Attenuator stockpile cap from 300 to 1,000 in a future update. The current 300 cap only covers about one mod set on a single character, which made testing new marquee mod loadouts after an era painful.

Inquisitor Barriss shards are now available from Dark Side Battles 4-C (Hard). Fragmented and Incomplete Signal Data have been added to Guild Events. Several bug fixes and adjustments were also implemented for various characters and game modes.
