Official forms for submitting feedback and reporting bugs for the PC client are expected to be distributed soon. Players selected for the beta will receive emails containing links to these separate forms, one for general feedback and another for specific bugs or issues encountered during gameplay.
The SWGOH PC Closed Beta program has no immediate timeline for adding more participants. The development team is prioritizing stability, adjustments, and fixes. Existing registrants do not need to reapply, and new sign-ups are still accepted, but access is not guaranteed.
MeatheadMilitia confirmed that players will receive free character shards for three of the four Gungans as part of the May the 4th event. This provides an opportunity for players to acquire or advance these specific Gungan units without additional cost.
Rewards for a recently cancelled ROTE (Rise of the Empire) Territory Battle were distributed based on a guild's past Territory Battle performance. Players who signed up for ROTE but received Light Side Geonosis rewards instead were informed that support could not change this and their tickets would not resolve the issue. New players participating in their first TB would not receive rewards from previous TBs.
A SWGOH community manager acknowledged ongoing connection problems, attributing them to an issue with external partners responsible for data or storage services. Players may experience longer loading screens and slow internal locations. Clearing cache or data might temporarily resolve the problem for some, but the team is actively working on a fix.
