Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes is receiving a major visual and functional refresh including updates to the Cantina interface, campaign restructuring with new battles and rewards, farming node adjustments, and economy changes. Several characters are also becoming farmable for the first time.

A new Dark Side Attacker, Maul (Hate-Fueled), has been revealed, designed to fit within a Starkiller team. His kit features the new debuff Anguish, the unique debuff Fracture, and heavy synergy with Bleed, Edge of Madness stacks, and his health thresholds. He has specific Omicron abilities for Territory Wars.

This update addresses several character availability changes, bug fixes, and text corrections. Key changes include making News Chewie and Yoda available on December 16th, moving Rogue One blueprints to Light Side Battles 7-B, and correcting ability descriptions for Ezra Exile and Galactic Legend Ahsoka Tano. A rerun of Knightfall is also scheduled.

The kit for CC-1119 "Appo" is revealed, categorizing him as a Dark Side Attacker and Clone Trooper. He is designed to synergize with Galactic Legend Lord Vader and other Dark Side Clone Troopers, including a summoned Knightfall Trooper. Appo's abilities focus on dispelling buffs, applying Damage Over Time, and granting buffs like Dramatic Entrance.

Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes is introducing a new 12-week Era and 4-week Episode structure for character releases and events. Daily Activities become Daily Quests, and a new Episode Track with Free and Paid tiers offers rewards. Several events are becoming simmable.

This post clarifies several aspects of Shin Hati's kit, including how her abilities stack, her intended squad synergies with Baylan and Marrok, and details about the Mercenary tag for existing characters. It also confirms Marrok will be an Inquisitor and Mercenary and explains cooldowns for Shin's abilities.

The developer addressed player questions about the Great Mothers unit.
