The current community milestone event is a one-time test. Whether similar events will be run again depends on the results of this test, specifically regarding data tracking, functionality, and player reception. Accomplishment of the goal itself does not determine if future events will occur.
The community milestone event focuses on "Troopers" and "Trooper adjacent" characters. Progress is tracked manually by the development team, with updates posted in the forums, not in-game. Initial updates are scheduled for Friday (day of release) afternoon/evening PT, followed by regular updates starting Monday.
The regular weekly puzzle is temporarily suspended, replaced by a new community milestone event. This event is a "test" or "proof of concept" to gauge player interest and track data. Players are encouraged to participate by playing normally rather than stressing or going out of their way.
A new event, Community Milestone Events, is being introduced. Players will collaborate to achieve a common objective, unlocking milestone rewards for the entire player base. The first event, running from August 16 to August 23, requires players to defeat Troopers in various battles to reveal information about an upcoming character and earn bonus Conquest Energy and Omicron materials.

The glitch causing the Naboo raid to end early is expected to resolve itself for any new raids started after the recent update. For raids initiated before the patch, the issue may persist, but the development team is actively monitoring the situation.
The new Surge Pack offers good value, especially for players farming Ahsoka Tano characters, and was an initiative MeatheadMilitia personally advocated for. The creator noted feedback about the pack's single purchase limit and will relay this to the development team.

Captain Enoch is a new Dark Side Support and Imperial Remnant Leader unit. He is a Relic 7 requirement for Galactic Legend Ahsoka Tano and will be available via a Marquee event starting August 15th.
This update introduces a new feature that prevents players from using Galactic Legends or certain other units with datacrons in specific game modes. This change aims to balance gameplay and promote the use of a wider variety of characters without datacron boosts.
