Jedi Master Mace Windu is a new Light Side Attacker and Leader with Galactic Republic, Jedi, and Jedi Vanguard categories. He introduces the new Investigation and Revealed mechanics. He will be unlockable via a Legendary event requiring Relic 5 marquee units from the Era of Revenge of the Sith, starting June 24. Aayla Secura receives a new Unique ability with this release.

Depa Billaba is the final marquee unit for the Revenge of the Sith era and the last requirement for Jedi Master Mace Windu at Relic 5. She is a Light Side Galactic Republic Jedi Vanguard Attacker with synergy around out of turn attacks and Shatterpoint. Marquee event begins 11am Tuesday June 17.

Capital Games announced a new strategy for its Extra Life charity drive, featuring multiple incentive package days throughout the year culminating in a grand finale stream at the end of 2025. The first donation pack is available today, requiring a $15 donation and a valid Ally Code to receive rewards.

A hotfix was deployed to send eligible players a Level 15 Temple Guard FDC. Having multiple FDCs is expected. The team is aware that some players leveled up their Level 0 Temple Guard FDC before the fix and is discussing further actions for those players.

A hotfix was deployed on June 4, 2025, to address an issue with the Focused Datacron for Temple Guard. Previously, it unlocked without upgrades. The fix ensures new acquisitions unlock at max level. Players who owned a 7-star Temple Guard at the time of the hotfix will receive the fully upgraded Datacron via inbox, as the automated release did not function as intended.

A connection issue preventing some players from accessing Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes on Android and iOS devices is being investigated. A potential workaround involving reinstalling Google Play Services was provided, and Google has since released a new version of Google Play Services to address the problem.

Capital Games is aware of an issue where the Temple Guard Focused Datacron is not being upgraded when earned. The team is currently investigating this problem.

The June 2025 event calendar for Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes was released. It details the schedule for Omega events, Assault Battles, Mythic events, Fleet Mastery, Territory Battles, and Territory Wars. The daily login unit for June 2025 will be Night Trooper.

The developer post clarifies the correct Tier requirements for the upcoming Crimes Against the Republic Era Battle event. It details the specific character and gear level requirements for each of the seven tiers, noting that Depa Billaba and Jedi Master Mace Windu will be available in a future update.

Today's hotfix updates Scorch's Zeta upgrade for "Following Protocol," adding a condition that if no Galactic Legend enemies are present, enemies receive 2 stacks of Damage Over Time for 2 turns at the start of each encounter. This change aims to prevent unintended counters to Lord Vader and Dark Side Critical. Additionally, a bug causing Scorch to take damage from Dramatic Entrance's True Damage was fixed.

Capital Games acknowledges unintended interactions between Lord Vader's new Clone units and teams led by Mon Mothma and Bo-Katan (Mandalorian). These interactions will be corrected in an upcoming game update.

A workaround for players unable to access the game has been provided. Players can sign out of Google Play, start as a guest, complete the tutorial if necessary, and then import their account using their email address.

Padawan Obi-Wan has been added to Accelerated Characters. Jar Jar Binks is permanently available in the Journey Guide. CC-1119 "Appo" is now in Chromium Packs and Shipments, and Crosshair (Scarred) shards are farmable from Light Side 7-9 Hard. Several bug fixes and adjustments were made to character abilities and datacrons, including fixes for Bad Batch Echo, General Kenobi, Lord Vader, CX-2, Master Qui-Gon, Jocasta Nu, Enfys Nest, Kanan Jarrus, and Disguised Clone Trooper.

RC-1262 "Scorch" is a new Dark Side Tank unit, unlocking via Marquee event on May 20. He introduces the Bulwark buff and is required at Relic 5 for Jedi Master Mace Windu. His kit synergizes with Lord Vader and the reworked Grand Moff Tarkin, particularly in Grand Arenas.

Grand Moff Tarkin received an update, specifically designed to provide a secondary Dark Side Clone Trooper leader option, particularly for 3v3 Grand Arenas. His kit was revised for modern clarity, damage types standardized to Special, and his Basic, first Special, and Leader abilities gained new synergies with Dark Side Clone Troopers and Empire allies. A new 3v3 Omicron was added to his Leader ability.

A hotfix will be deployed in 20 minutes to address character ability localization and translation issues. This is a backend change focused on correcting text errors.
