Asked about an omicron to return CLS to glory, the community manager said CLS is one of the best beginning-account characters, is one of the more balanced teams, and is in a perfect spot for the location in which it is used. He explicitly rejected the premise that every team should be viable at endgame.

Asked whether the recent character-want survey produced a clear winner, the community manager said he would like to think some people are going to be very happy with some future choices they have decided on. He did not name characters or factions.

Players pushed back that Ezra received a large refund while Merrin only received an omicron refund, with calls extending to Asajj as well. The community manager confirmed the decision was made above his level but said he is logging the feedback and a request for further explanation.

Players raised three separate Era store complaints: needing more LSTs for the Pitched store, wanting more mats available to spend currency on, and asking for the store to refresh more frequently given the volume of Era currency now being earned. The community manager said he would forward each.

A player reported that the Characters button next to the cantina is displaying a red "1" notification dot even when there are no characters left to upgrade. MeatheadMilitia confirmed CG has already filed a bug report on this issue and said he would verify after lunch.

MeatheadMilitia confirmed that a ban on an EA account from another EA game can carry over to SWGOH. He said this confidently based on prior cases where players banned from one EA product were subsequently locked out of other EA products tied to the same account.

A player reported that IG-12 has an audio bug on PC where the character stays at maximum volume regardless of the game's audio settings or whether the application is focused. MeatheadMilitia reacted with surprise and said he will check whether the bug is already ticketed.

MeatheadMilitia clarified that the era materials compensation already distributed was intended for players who purchased era packs after CG made era materials freely available. Players who bought era packs before the update and missed out are unlikely to receive additional compensation.

A bug preventing players who purchased the 6,000-shard pack before the era started from receiving the free 25 marquee shards is on CG's radar. MeatheadMilitia confirmed he has already submitted the issue for investigation, leaving affected players stuck at 2 stars on the marquee character.

MeatheadMilitia notes that players who unlocked 7-star Cassian before the fix kept the unlock, plus received level 95 and 30k crystals back. He is reacting to a Demonslayer comment that highlighted the situation.

MeatheadMilitia clarified that players who unlocked 7-star Cassian before the fix receive a flat 30,000 crystals as compensation, replacing the earlier-discussed bundle of 3,000 crystals plus three Era Pass Plus passes. The crystals were confirmed delivered to player inboxes.

Meathead clarified the ongoing donation event: a player who redeems the $25 code on their own account a second time gets a fallback item, not the full rewards again. Passing an unused code to another player who has not redeemed it lets that player claim the full $25 reward bundle.

MeatheadMilitia said the previously announced compensations for the era, including crystals for spenders and era currency for the broken day, will roll out over time with no firm dates yet. The next Q/A answers post is also likely delayed because of this week's issues.

MeatheadMilitia confirmed the bug where Hunter is not actually accelerated, despite being listed as such, is known to the team and is being worked on. Players reported simming all their energy on him before noticing the issue.

MeatheadMilitia confirmed players can donate and redeem rewards across multiple tiers in the charity stream campaign. Donation codes are not tied to a specific SWGOH account, so they can be gifted. Players reported successful redemptions for two and three separate transactions.

MeatheadMilitia confirmed that more Legendary Signature Bundles are on the way, estimating at least a baker's dozen. He noted the webstore will be the first place players see them, ahead of any in-game reveal.

Cantina 9 energy cost is now 20 in the updated screenshots, while Cantina 8 remains at 16 energy. Signal Data farming is still located on Cantina 8 specifically, which is relevant for players planning farming routines around the energy adjustments.

MeatheadMilitia will publish a Q/A Google Doc tomorrow (April 28) where players can submit questions about today's three forum documents. The doc will be posted in the EA forums, and questions about squad arena store, training mode iteration, and tag updates are already queued.

Three era units were detailed in today's forum drop. MeatheadMilitia teased that the rest of the era units will be revealed further down the road and noted he has already given hints about the remaining three secret era characters.

Asked directly whether new Coliseum bosses are coming, MeatheadMilitia gave a one-word confirmation: yes. No timing or details were provided beyond the confirmation that additional bosses are planned for the Coliseum game mode.
