A workaround for players unable to access the game has been provided. Players can sign out of Google Play, start as a guest, complete the tutorial if necessary, and then import their account using their email address.
An issue with the Jar Jar Binks Journey Guide was identified. The development team is actively investigating the problem to resolve it. Players were thanked for their patience during this time.
Padawan Obi-Wan has been added to Accelerated Characters. Jar Jar Binks is permanently available in the Journey Guide. CC-1119 "Appo" is now in Chromium Packs and Shipments, and Crosshair (Scarred) shards are farmable from Light Side 7-9 Hard. Several bug fixes and adjustments were made to character abilities and datacrons, including fixes for Bad Batch Echo, General Kenobi, Lord Vader, CX-2, Master Qui-Gon, Jocasta Nu, Enfys Nest, Kanan Jarrus, and Disguised Clone Trooper.
RC-1262 "Scorch" is a new Dark Side Tank unit, unlocking via Marquee event on May 20. He introduces the Bulwark buff and is required at Relic 5 for Jedi Master Mace Windu. His kit synergizes with Lord Vader and the reworked Grand Moff Tarkin, particularly in Grand Arenas.
Grand Moff Tarkin received an update, specifically designed to provide a secondary Dark Side Clone Trooper leader option, particularly for 3v3 Grand Arenas. His kit was revised for modern clarity, damage types standardized to Special, and his Basic, first Special, and Leader abilities gained new synergies with Dark Side Clone Troopers and Empire allies. A new 3v3 Omicron was added to his Leader ability.
A hotfix will be deployed in 20 minutes to address character ability localization and translation issues. This is a backend change focused on correcting text errors.
The Hyperdrive Bundle is available again for a limited time for $9.99. It includes gear, ability materials, currencies, energy, and unlocks 73 characters and 20 ships. The offer runs from May 2 to May 28, 2025.

Disguised Clone Trooper Wrecker (Mercenary) shards are now farmable from Dark Side 6-A Hard, and General Hux shards moved to Galactic War Shipments. An issue with UK cards is being addressed.
A hotfix is planned for today to address an issue with the Ascension Bundle. The bug caused the final free claims to be removed. If the fix is successful, these claims should reappear for affected players.
The development team is aware that CX-2's Omicron ability, "You Chose the Wrong Side," incorrectly requires 20 ability materials instead of 10. This will be corrected in a future update, and players who applied the Omicron will be refunded the excess 10 materials.

CX-2 is a Dark Side Clone Trooper Support for Lord Vader's new squad, acquired via Marquee event on April 22 at 11am Pacific. He inflicts Order 66, Disarm, and Speed Down, Stealths frequently, and synergizes with Appo. 3v3 and 5v5 Omicron costs are reduced from 20 to 10.
Capital Games reminds players that fraudulent behavior is taken seriously. They will investigate and remove individuals found participating in such acts from Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes.
Capital Games is investigating two potential issues affecting Commander Appo. A bug with Appo's datacron has been confirmed and a fix is being implemented. The team is also investigating a potential issue with Appo's summon ability.
